According to our reports from VNTI UNIZIK, the Sales of forms are as follows.
1. Postgraduate- N10,000,
2. pre-science- N8,000
3. Diploma- N5,000
4. Direct Entry- N1,000
All forms(Excluding bank commissions) available in banks located within the University campus.
